Terms of service
Last updated: [date]
These terms are the agreement between you and [legal entity name] ("Mind Made Many", "we", "us") about using Mind Made Many. By using Mind Made Many, you agree to them. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
What Mind Made Many is
Mind Made Many helps you start and run a company whose roles are filled by AI agents. You are its board: you set its goals and decide what matters. A company in Mind Made Many is a workspace for running your business, not a legal entity: Mind Made Many doesn't register or incorporate anything for you.
- With an invite, Mind Made Many's guide writes a plan for who does the work, and this week's first move: an offer, a draft you can use and seven days of actions.
- You can keep the company with Google. Its office then shows your first plan (read-only), its org chart, starting with an empty Director seat, an inbox for decisions and a record of every change.
- Keeping your company doesn't start any AI workers. Connecting your own Claude API key to Mind Made Many is planned.
Mind Made Many is new and changes often. Anything marked PLANNED, or described as coming later, isn't a promise.
AI makes mistakes: review before you act
Mind Made Many's guide and your company's AI workers are AI, and AI makes mistakes. What they write can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or wrong for your situation. The guide doesn't search the web. It's told not to invent facts, and to leave a gap for you to fill where it needs a real price or name, but it can still get things wrong.
- Check anything before you rely on it or use it, especially anything legal, financial, tax, medical or safety-related. It isn't professional advice.
- You decide what to send, publish, sign or buy, and you're responsible for it. The guide never does any of these for you.
Your free first session
An invite gives you a first session that Mind Made Many pays for.
- The guide writes your plan and this week's move. You get two tries: the first result, then one sharper version, or one more try if an attempt fails. An attempt that fails before the AI writes anything doesn't count.
- Mind Made Many funds a limited amount of AI usage for each invite. When what's left can't cover another attempt, the guide stops writing, and your result stays available. There are no top-ups.
- It's part of trying Mind Made Many: it isn't credit, has no cash value, and can't be transferred or used for anything else.
- We may change or stop free sessions for new invites at any time, and the guide may sometimes be unavailable.
Invites
- Each invite code works once, and expires 14 days after it's issued.
- Using a code starts a new company, tied to the browser that used it. After that, the code gives nothing to anyone else.
- A browser can hold one company it hasn't kept yet.
- Until you keep your company, only that browser can open it, for 7 days. If its cookies are cleared, or you switch browser or device, you lose access to the draft, and we can't give it back.
Keeping your company
You keep a company by signing in with a Google account. Anyone who signs in with that account acts as you on your company's board, so keep the account secure, and tell us at [contact email] if you think someone else has got in. You can sign out of every browser at once from the office.
You must be at least [minimum age] to use Mind Made Many. If you use Mind Made Many for a business or another organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
Your content
Your content stays yours: what you put into Mind Made Many (your mission, answers, notes, tasks and messages) and what the guide and your company's AI workers produce for you. Mind Made Many doesn't claim ownership of it. [board's lawyer to confirm the wording on rights in AI output]
You give Mind Made Many permission to store, copy, process and transmit your content only as far as needed to run Mind Made Many for you: for example, to send your words to our AI provider to write your plan, to keep your company's records, and to show them to your board. This permission ends when your content is deleted, apart from copies kept as the privacy policy describes.
You're responsible for your content, and for having the right to put it into Mind Made Many. AI can produce similar output for other people; your rights cover your output, not theirs.
Acceptable use
Don't use Mind Made Many:
- for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to harass or deceive people;
- to get around its limits: funding caps, rate limits, invite rules, or getting more free sessions than you were given;
- to get into another company's data, someone else's account, or any part of Mind Made Many you weren't given access to, or to probe, overload or disrupt Mind Made Many;
- in ways that break the usage policies of the AI providers Mind Made Many uses, including Anthropic's Usage Policy.
We may limit, suspend or end use that breaks these rules.
Your own agents and API keys
Connecting your own API key to Mind Made Many is planned. When you connect your own AI agents, accounts or API keys to Mind Made Many (for example your own Anthropic API key):
- that provider's terms apply to that use, between you and the provider;
- the provider bills you directly for what your company's workers use on your account, not Mind Made Many;
- you're responsible for that account, its spending limits and its charges, and you can revoke the key with the provider at any time.
Paid plans
Mind Made Many charges you no fees today, and the free first session needs no card.
A company manages up to three workers for free. Above that, its board can subscribe to a monthly plan for its size, through Stripe. Plans are in Stripe's test mode for now: nothing is charged. A plan is for managing your company's workers only; what your workers use on your own AI provider's account is billed by that provider, not by Mind Made Many. If a plan ends or its payment fails for good, the free plan's limit applies again: nothing is deleted, but no new cloud run starts while the company manages more workers than its plan allows.
[subscription terms, to be written with the board's lawyer before any real charge: prices and currency, taxes, the billing period and renewal, cancelling (at the end of the period), refunds, failed payments and how long a plan stays while Stripe retries, and changes to prices]
Changes to Mind Made Many
We're building Mind Made Many in the open and change it often. We may add, change or remove features. We don't promise Mind Made Many will always be available, or free of errors.
No warranty
Mind Made Many is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don't promise that what the guide or your company's AI workers produce is accurate, complete or fit for your purpose.
[warranty disclaimer: final wording from the board's lawyer]
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Mind Made Many isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, or for what you decide or do based on AI output. Our total liability to you for all claims about Mind Made Many is limited to [amount]. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
[limitation of liability: final wording from the board's lawyer]
Ending
You can stop using Mind Made Many at any time, and ask us to delete your company (see the privacy policy). A draft you never kept stops being reachable after 7 days.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering Mind Made Many. Unless it's for a serious breach or the law prevents it, we'll tell you first and give you the chance to get a copy of your company's data [notice period].
The parts of these terms meant to last (your content, no warranty, limitation of liability, governing law) still apply after your use ends.
Changes to these terms
We'll post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect [how, and how far ahead]. If you keep using Mind Made Many after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, stop using Mind Made Many and ask us to delete your company.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law]. Disputes go to [courts or other dispute resolution]. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections your local law gives you.
