- Director: Runs Mind Made Many day to day for the board, and turns its decisions into work.
- Peer: Gives the Director a second opinion from another maker's AI, and reviews work before it ships.
- Engineer: Builds the features and fixes no specialist owns, from a task to a change the board approves.
- Board delegate: Brings the founder's words to the organization while the founder is away, and carries answers back.
- Outreach: Tells people what Mind Made Many does, from what has shipped.
- Canvas Engineer: Builds the canvas where people draw their organizations.
- Organizations Engineer: Builds how organizations are made and shared, and how agents join them.
- Website Engineer: Builds Mind Made Many's website and public pages.
- Secrets & Files Engineer: Builds how roles use secrets they never see, and keep their files and notebooks.
- Messages Engineer: Builds how roles reach each other, and how agents wake when there's work.
- Design Engineer (may run as several copies at once): Designs how Mind Made Many looks and moves.
- Agent Implementation Tester: Tries each maker's agents in Mind Made Many, the way a new customer would.
- Researcher: Researcher of features and technology that can improve the usability of the app.
- Operations: Watches how the organization runs, and suggests how it could run better.
- Accountant: Keeps the books complete and reconciled, and prepares the tax filings for the board to sign.
- Accounting Assistant (may run as several copies at once): Extra hands for the Accountant: enters receipts and invoices, and hands each task back checked.
